Orders

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to make any changes.

I made a mistake in my shipping address. What should I do?

Contact us as soon as possible at support@shop-mercer.com with your order number and the correct address. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update it for you.

Will I receive a confirmation email?

Yes, you'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. Once your order ships, you'll receive a second email with your tracking information.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 6-14 business days within the UK.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order directly on our website via the Track Your Order page.

Where are you based and where do my orders ship from?

MERCER is operated by JVH E-commerce, a company registered in the Netherlands. We serve customers in the United Kingdom. Your order is fulfilled from our international warehouse and shipped directly to your UK address. Delivery takes 6-14 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Simply visit our Request a Return page, fill in the form with your order number and details, and we'll get back to you within 24 hours with instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we've received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's been issued.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

Yes. Select "Exchange" when submitting your return request and specify what you'd like instead. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Products

How do I find the right size?

Each product page includes a size guide with measurements. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit or sizing down for a closer fit. Still unsure? Contact us and we'll help you out.

How should I care for my MERCER pieces?

Care instructions are listed on the label of each garment and on the product page. As a general rule, we recommend washing at low temperatures and avoiding tumble drying to preserve the quality of the fabric.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Our checkout is SSL encrypted and we never store your card details. All payments are processed through trusted, industry-standard payment providers.
